Every year the Colorado Claims Association offers scholarships for its members. To qualify to apply, you must be a member in good standing for the past 2 years in either the Colorado Springs or Denver Claims Associations. Your son or daughter must be an ingoing freshman at a 2 or 4 year college beginning in the fall of the school semester. They will be required to write a position paper based upon the question posed by the Scholarship Committee. In 2008 there were three scholarships that were awarded. In 2009 there was one scholarship that was awarded.
The Topic for 2009 was "Social Networking sites; Helpful or Hurtful".
