2024 Golf Tournament Sponsorship Opportunities
Dear Potential Sponsors:
We are proud to offer several different sponsorships. We realize that not all business have the luxury of being able to spare a person to spend most of their work day sitting at a hole greeting golfers. For some of you that’s exactly what you want, while others of you may wish other ways to get your name and product or service in front of our golfers. We have done our best to think creatively to come up with the following sponsorship possibilities.
Traditional Hole Sponsorship:
Includes: Your name on all CCA marketing materials and on our website, a logo sign at your hole, opportunity for a prize giveaway at the lunch. Includes a cart, lunch for two people. You will be required to provide your own tent, table and chairs are provided. Cost: $650.00
Driving Range Sponsorship.
Quick Exposure to all the golfers, done by the shotgun start. This sponsorship would have you set up your tent and table at the driving range. Great for handing out marketing materials and collecting names for a drawing and future marketing. Have your tent set up by 6:15 greet the golfers, after the shot gun at 7:30. Pack up and be productive until the awards luncheon. Includes signage, name on all marketing materials and our website opportunity for a prize giveaway at the lunch, and lunch for two. Cost: $500.00
Scholarship Sponsor:
Includes a foursome of golf, your name on all marketing materials and our website, the opportunity to put marketing materials in our swag bags given to all golfers, recognition at the luncheon. Your $150 donation goes direct into the scholarship fund. Cost: (1 golf foursome $600 + $150) $750.00
On Course Drink Sponsorship
Under this sponsorship we will give out drink tickets to each golf attendee in the number that you wish. These tickets can be either limited to soft drinks and beer and wine or soft drinks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. We will help you arrange this with the course and you will be charged for how the drink coupons were used. You also will be recognized in all marketing material, on our website and signage as well as recognized again verbally at a dinner. You may add additional marketing materials or swag in the golfers swag bags, and if you wish you can give away a prize at the luncheon. This also includes the luncheon for one person. Cost: Charged at actual price direct from course
Luncheon Drink sponsorship.
Much like the on-course drink sponsorship this allows you to purchase drink tickets that can either be limited to soft drinks, beer or wine or also include mixed drinks given out and redeemable during the luncheon. You will be charged for how the drink coupons were used and their exact number direct from the course. This also includes being recognized at all marketing materials and signage. If you wish you can distribute marketing material via the swag bags given to all golfers. Your Company will also be recognized verbally at the dinner and if you wish you can give out prizes. Cost: Charged at actual price direct from course
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!
On course food and drink give-a-ways.
There will be no exceptions to Arrowhead’s rule of no off-course purchased food or beverages. Arrowhead’s food and beverage department can help you with any food or drink needs. That includes drink tickets, cookie platters, etc. With the current labor shortage, only one hole on each 9 holes of the course may have a drink station and bar tender. If you wish to have a hole where you can give away bloody Mary’s margarita’s etc, this is a first come, first served service. Once filled, no additional drink stations may be arranged on the course. Please be aware the course will have a drink cart on each 9 holes of the course where drinks can be purchased via drink tickets or cash.
The CCA Golf Committee is more than happy to help you with any of these sponsorships or to help you tailor your sponsor experience. Your sponsorship money goes to provide the funds for our College Freshman Scholarships and continues the CCA’s legacy of supporting insurance professionals of the future.
